  • The following are good faith estimates for the services I offer:

    • Initial intake sessions (individual or couples): $170

    • Follow-up sessions (individual or couples): $150 (or slightly less, depending on session length)

    • Individual intensive brainspotting session (90 minutes): $225

    • Couples intensive session (90 minutes, may include multiple approaches): $225

    • Child-inclusive mediation consultation: $200 per hour

  • The No Surprises Act (effective January 1, 2022) protects patients from unexpected medical bills.

    If you don’t have insurance or choose not to use it, most providers must give you a good faith estimate of expected costs when you schedule care at least 3 business days in advance or if you ask for one. This does not apply to emergency care.

    A good faith estimate is not a bill—it’s a list of expected charges.

    If you receive a bill that is $400 or more above the estimate, you can dispute the bill. You must start the dispute within 120 days of getting the bill.
